Workflow Diagnostic · $199 · 30 minutes

Tell me where it hurts.
I will tell you what to fix first.

A 30-minute call where I look at your inquiry flow, deposit handling, waitlist, records, or website and name three concrete fixes ranked by impact. Not a sales call. A diagnosis.

The $199 credits in full toward any custom engagement of $1,500 or more booked inside 60 days.

001 / What you get

Three deliverables. Two business days. One upgrade path.

A 30-minute working call.

You walk me through what is happening. I ask the questions that surface the three things you keep paying for and not fixing. Video, screen-share, your choice.

A written diagnosis in your inbox in two business days.

One to two pages, named in plain English. The top three gaps in your program, what is actually causing each one, and the specific fix. Yours to keep, even if we never talk again.

An upgrade path that pays for itself.

The $199 credits in full against any custom engagement of $1,500 or more booked inside 60 days. If the diagnosis points at work you want me to do, the call effectively came for free.

002 / Fit check

The call is right for some programs, wrong for others.

Right fit

  • Breeders running real programs. Multiple animals, ongoing waitlist, the same problems showing up litter after litter.
  • Programs where you have tried to fix the workflow yourself and the fix keeps coming undone.
  • Anyone who has bought the kits, downloaded the free kit, and realized the paperwork is one slice of a bigger pie.

Not yet

  • Brand new breeders with no buyer pipeline yet. Start with the free kit and grow into this.
  • Anyone looking for free advice or a free sales call. This is paid because the diagnosis is real.
  • Generic business coaching. This is specific to how breeder programs actually run.

003 / SEO is in scope

Most breeder sites rank for nothing on purpose.

More buyers find me through search than any other channel. The gaps that kill SEO for breeder sites are the same five every time. If your site has them, they will be in the written fix list, and most are a one-day job to clear.

01

No location or breed targeting on the site.

Search is specific. "French bulldog puppies in Austin, TX" converts. "Puppies for sale" does not. The fix is one dedicated page per breed and per region you serve, with the title tag, H1, and URL all naming the search.

02

Availability buried under a contact form.

Current litters and upcoming breedings belong in the URL structure and on a page Google can index. A static homepage with 'contact us to ask' is invisible to search and trains buyers to leave.

03

Thin parent and stud pages.

A page per sire and dam ranks for the dog's name and builds the trust a buyer needs to put a deposit down. One sentence and a photo does no work. Health results, titles, and litter history all carry weight.

04

No structured data anywhere.

Schema markup tells Google what kind of business you are, where you are, and what you offer. Most breeder sites ship with none. Adding it is a one-day job that compounds for years.

05

Site loads slowly on phones.

Buyers search on phones. A site that takes 4 seconds to render loses both the rank and the visitor. Image compression and font loading are usually the two culprits, and both are fixable without a full rebuild.

004 / What happens after we talk

The diagnosis is yours either way.

Most breeders take the fix list, work through it themselves, and move on. That is the point. You hire me for the diagnosis, not for ongoing dependency.

Some breeders book a follow-up engagement to do the work. Site SEO Sweep covers the SEO fixes at $499. Bigger workflow rebuilds (records cleanup, site rebuild, custom tooling) start at $1,500 and the diagnostic credit applies. Different scopes, same diagnosis underneath.

A few breeders realize the program needs more than a fix list. That conversation is different and we will name it on the call if it comes up.

005 / Common questions

Before you book.

It almost always is. If we cannot finish in 30 we run to 45 at no extra cost. The point of the call is the written diagnosis you get afterward, not the call length itself.

Have your website pulled up, a rough sense of where buyers come from today, and one specific thing on your mind. That is enough. If you have analytics or Search Console access, even better, but not required.

Yes. Reptiles, cats, livestock, horses, exotics. The diagnostic is about workflow and SEO, not about species. I run cresties myself, so the room and the species both make sense to me.

No. The $199 pays for the diagnostic itself. The credit toward a larger engagement is a bonus on top, not a refund clause.

Sure. Send the one you use and I will sign it. Default assumption is that everything you tell me stays between us, NDA or not.

One breeder. Thirty minutes. Three real fixes.

No upsell on the call.
