Yes. Every XLSX in the kit was built and tested in both Excel and Google Sheets, with formulas that work identically in both. Open in either; the conditional formatting carries over.
Most documents work across species. The buyer pipeline forms, the placement documents, and the program-management calendar are written to be species-agnostic. The whelping log and puppy weight tracker are built for litters of mammals; reptile breeders typically use the parallel hatch-and-grow versions in other kits instead.
Contracts are what gets signed. Operations is everything around the signature: applications, screening, whelping, daily tracking, pickup-day paperwork, and post-placement check-ins. The two kits do not overlap; most working programs end up with both.
Yes. Every document ships as a DOCX or XLSX with editable placeholder fields. You can rename sections, add your own questions, swap in your program branding, and rewrite clauses. The kit ships with brief notes on which fields most often get adjusted.
